Our team is trained to handle your information with care. They only access what they need to do their jobs, and they're required to delete any temporary files and shred any paper notes once they're done.

Delete your data: Want to completely wipe your information from our system? We can do that too (with one exception). If you've purchased something from us, we need to keep basic records for tax purposes for at least seven years. But don't worry, you'll be removed from all our marketing and client delivery systems.

Since we're a small team (just five people, most of us part-time!), it might take up to two weeks to fulfill some requests. But we promise to handle them all with care!
