Hi, I’m Myrna Tam-Natividad, a.k.a. Mommy Negosyo, Mommy N for short.

I'm your Business Breakthrough Mentor and Mindset Coach.

My mission is to help you gain clarity, increase your confidence, and achieve your business goals while balancing multiple family roles and expectations.

I know what it's like to drown in a sea of business advice, feeling paralyzed and unsure where to turn.

Years ago, that was me.

A teacher turned entrepreneur, I struggled for decades.

I was expected to help my parents and be the responsible “Ate” to my sister and 2 brothers.

It was not easy to balance my priorities while I needed to be a caring mother to my 3 young daughters and 2 sons, and a loving wife to my husband.

24 hours a day was not enough to do all that, and still make our business work.

And, despite my hard work, this was the result for a long time:

Multiple failing businesses, wasted money, and shattered dreams were my reality for over 30 years.

But I never gave up.

I kept on searching, learning, and asking questions.

I had to balance everything and make my businesses work.

Finally, I discovered the missing pieces: clear, actionable strategies PLUS the transformational mindset shifts needed to break through my own barriers.

I have applied what I learned in coaching more than 1,000 business owners nationwide as a GoNegosyo mentor and coach.

Working with them, and other coaching clients, gave me more experience and exposure than the 20+ businesses I have started.

"I used to work as a Flight Attendant Trainer in Qatar while my husband worked in Sales.

We came home during the pandemic because my husband has always wanted to start a restaurant business.

With Mommy N’s training and guidance, and having no business background or education, we started our business called Las Barricas in the beautiful surfing island of Siargao.

Despite all the lessons I learned from courses and books I’ve read, I still did not feel confident in running our business.

My husband has always been passionate about cooking. But as his helper and partner in the business, I learned the hard way that good food was only a small component of business success.

As days went by, I became overwhelmed and paralyzed by challenges in inventory control, money management, and employee issues.

There were just too many things that I had to do, and I did not know where to start.

I was not happy about myself when I observed that I had lost my “me” time and that I had become a cranky wife and mother.

Siargao was no longer the paradise that I envisioned it to be.

When I learned that Mommy N has opened a few slots for coaching again, I jumped at the opportunity.

She led me to unravel the knotty business mess that I was in and helped me identify the symptoms and root causes of each of my difficulties like costing and pricing, hiring and interviews, and motivating employee performance by evaluating them.

One of the most exciting things we see now is the potential for expansion that is available for Las Barricas. I can’t wait for Mommy N to help me fix this first store so that my husband and I can realize our dream of serving more and more happy customers.

I am blessed that Mommy N is patient with me, even with my limited knowledge of business, numbers, and people management.
